Notice 01
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and battery analytics platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Battery and fleet data belongs to you. We process it to run the service you signed up for.
1. Data we collect
Account and contact data
When you sign up or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, role, the type and number of batteries you operate and your BMS or telematics provider.
Battery and telemetry data
When you connect a data source, we receive battery readings such as pack and cell voltage, current, temperature, state of charge, cycle counts, charger and swap station sessions, vehicle identifiers, battery serial numbers and, where your telematics provides it, vehicle location.
Driver-linked charging data
If your data links charging sessions to drivers, we process driver identifiers you supply so we can produce charging scores and coaching tips. We do not need driver names to do this; pseudonymous IDs work equally well.
Website usage
Our web server keeps standard logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. Forms use a short-lived session cookie to run the verification check.
2. How we use data
- To provide Cell Monitor, State of Health AI, Degradation Forecast, Charging Insights, Warranty Claims, Fleet Battery Map and Second-Life Grading for your batteries.
- To send your login details, service alerts and replies to your requests.
- To improve battery health and forecasting models. Where we use customer data for this, it is aggregated and stripped of customer, vehicle and driver identifiers.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
Driver-level charging data is used only for battery care and coaching. We do not use it to evaluate people for employment, credit or insurance, and we do not sell it.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data or battery data. We share data only:
- With manufacturers or partners when you choose to share a warranty report or battery passport.
- With service providers that host our infrastructure, send email or process payments, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Where the law requires it.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside your workspace is role-based, and can be limited by depot or region. Stored readings are hashed so warranty evidence can be checked against the original data.
5. Retention
Battery data is kept for the history period of your plan. When a subscription ends, workspace data is kept for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted from active systems. Backups roll off within a further 35 days.
6. Your choices
- Access, correct or export your account and battery data at any time.
- Ask us to delete your account or workspace data.
- Turn off driver-level charging scores in your workspace settings.
- Opt out of product emails using the link in any message.
7. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, write to us through the Contact and choose Customer support.
