Notice 02
Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of our website and battery analytics platform, including the free trial and paid Pricing. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your organisation.
1. The service
We provide software that reads battery data from your BMS, telematics, chargers and swap stations, and turns it into live readings, health scores, forecasts, charging recommendations, warranty evidence reports, fleet maps and second-life grades.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate signup details and keep login credentials private.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for the users you invite.
- You confirm you have the right to send us the battery, vehicle and driver data you connect.
3. Free trial
The trial covers up to 50 batteries for 30 days with no payment details required. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan; otherwise the workspace is paused and its data is kept for 30 days before deletion.
4. Plans and billing
- Plans are priced per battery monitored per month, as listed on Pricing or in your order.
- A battery is counted once in a billing month, however many vehicles or stations it moves between.
- Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- If you go over your plan’s battery limit, we will ask you to move to the next plan before charging more.
5. Estimates and recommendations
State of Health scores, forecasts, failure risks, second-life grades and estimated values are estimates based on the data available, and each is shown with its confidence. They support your decisions; they do not replace inspection, manufacturer guidance or safety procedures.
Warranty reports present evidence. Claim decisions are made by the battery manufacturer under the terms of your warranty, and we do not guarantee any outcome.
6. Your data
You own your battery, fleet and driver data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing terms.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ workspaces or bypass access controls.
- Do not overload the API beyond the limits in your plan, or resell the service without agreement.
- Do not use driver charging scores to make decisions about people beyond battery care and coaching.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, apart from announced maintenance. Support levels depend on your plan: email for Cell, priority for Module and a dedicated engineer for Pack.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or battery failures, including where a forecast did not predict a failure.
10. Ending the service
You can cancel at the end of any billing period. We may suspend a workspace for unpaid invoices or serious breach of these terms, after notice where possible. After the end of service you have 30 days to export your data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
