How to read these numbers
Estimates show their confidence
Forecasts and health scores are estimates based on the data available. Every number carries a confidence range, and it widens when data is thin.
Evidence, not verdicts
Warranty reports present evidence. Claim decisions are made by the manufacturer under the terms of your warranty.
Driver data for battery care only
Driver-level charging data is used only for battery care and coaching. It is never sold or used to rate people for anything else.
Your data stays yours
Battery and fleet data belong to the customer, are encrypted in transit and at rest, and can be exported or deleted on request.

Does a report guarantee the claim will be accepted?
No. The report presents evidence. Claim decisions are made by the manufacturer under the terms of your warranty.
Can we use it if the battery failed before we joined?
The report can only include data we have received. If you have older BMS logs, we can import them so the history is more complete.
We are a battery maker. Can we use this?
Yes. Manufacturers use the same reports to assess claims faster and to see how packs are really used in the field.
